Around 6:40 AM, the ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) field office located on North Stemmons Freeway became the target of a relentless shooting spree. From the rooftop of a nearby immigration lawyer’s office, he acted as a sniper, indiscriminately firing at the ICE building.
